The Liquidity Product Team in GTS is responsible for over $380B in wholesale deposits globally. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling. Our team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyses the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GTS' response to regulatory changes. In addition, we own GTS' response to Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR/Stress Testing), Internal Liquidity Stress Testing and Recovery and Resolution Planning (the Living Will).
We have an opportunity in our Pricing, Analytics, and Policy Insights team, which analyzes GTS deposits to understand how the portfolio is performing and articulate to senior leaders, to identify to develop our balance and rate strategy in line with GTS' and the Bank's broader strategy. The team also leads GTS' response to CCAR ("Stress Testing") and GRRP ("Living Will") and provides thought leadership on deposit strategy, monetary policy, fiscal policy and financial regulation.
The individual will be responsible for leading the analysis of all aspects of the GTS deposit portfolio, developing pricing strategies and related execution plans, and creating tools, leveraging our data environment to support Sales and Management. They will also take a lead role in our regulatory work on the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, CCAR and GRRP, as well as partnering with Finance on Planning, Forecasting and FTP.
The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of GTS products and strategy, will be able to directly relate Fed policy to Bank of America. They will understand the effect of regulations and the macroeconomic policy changes on our deposit portfolio, and will have the opportunity to impact the business through enhancing our data/analytic environment. They will gain exposure to Sales, clients, other products partners within GTS, and control partners in corporate treasury, risk and finance.
Numerate and analytical finance background is an advantage
Understanding of FTP

Comfortable using data to create models and analytics which are easy for the end user to understand
