This position prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the department and helps to strengthen the culture of compliance. As an independent control function and part of the department's second line of defense.
Position Compensation Range:
$84,000.00 - $139,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
Provides real-time compliance counsel to the department.
Provides proactive risk mitigation instructions on regulatory and policy matters including individual transactions, new products and business initiatives.
Assists with the interpretation and implementation of new rules/regulation.
Develops, drafts and maintains compliance policies and procedures outlining firm requirements, regulations and best practices.
Develops and deploys second line controls and assisting the first line with the development of their controls..
Reviews new algorithms and other electronic related business initiatives.
Collaborates with internal business partners to participate in compliance, regulatory and internal investigations and audits, including utilizing firm systems to conduct surveillance and forensic reviews.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated compliance/legal/regulatory experience in Corporate Treasury / Treasury Execution functions.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Demonstrated experience in implementing compliance and risk control programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
Solid knowledge and understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivables and treasury operations.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Model Audit Rule (MAR) guidance.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and NACHA.
Solid knowledge and understanding of audit standards and practices.
Demonstrated experience using MS Office to create workflows or reporting systems.
Solid knowledge and understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivables and treasury operations.
