Get to Know the Opportunity:

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash, liquidity, and financial risks. The successful candidate will report to our Head of Liquidity Management and will provide key analytical support to the Liquidity Risk and Capital functions while providing critical backup support for the liquidity operations function.

Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.

The Contributions You'll Make:

• Monitor and analyze liquidity risk exposures, including cash flow projections, stress testing, and scenario analysis, to identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Strategically allocate cash to optimize interest income, leveraging banking products and services that align with the company's financial goals.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement innovative treasury solutions, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on capital allocation and management initiatives.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of share repurchase programs and debt issuance to identify trends and opportunities for capital optimization.

• Implement business intelligence tools to automate the generation of financial reports, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the treasury department's reporting processes.

• Design and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into the treasury's performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

• Provide critical backup support for daily liquidity operations, ensuring seamless continuity in the absence of primary operators.

• Utilize the Kyriba treasury management system to monitor and manage cash positions, execute transactions, and maintain accurate records of liquidity activities.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in analytical roles within the financial services industry.

• Track record of analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Manages remote working environment effectively.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

• A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is highly desirable.

• Tableau and/or Power BI expertise desired.

• Experience in liquidity management, risk assessment, or related fields is highly desirable.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$113,250 - $141,560 USD
