We are looking for a Sr. Sales Trainer I to join our Training Enablement team. You will support the goals and initiatives of OnePlus Marketing Team whose mission is to support the readiness and effectiveness of our Carrier Account Sales Organization. A primary responsibility for this role will be in the support in the planning, live delivery and facilitation of virtual training designed to increase productivity and reduce ramp time. The ideal candidate will have a blended background in sales, learning and development, training delivery and facilitation, and instructional design. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Training Enablement team, sales leaders, and various internal Subject Matter Experts to hone curriculum for our internal and external audiences in a fast-paced technology environment.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to a Director of Sales Enablement, based in Dallas. Travel varies based on role.

Responsibilities

Delivery and facilitation of training 50%, planning and design 35%, and 15% program management/administration

Present and facilitate in-person and virtual training to internal & external facing employees in various time zones, including North America, CHN and LATAM

Capture and sustain audience interest with large groups of new hire learners

Employ Active Learning exercises to engage and maximize learning retention to drive results

Deliver training via on-camera recorded sessions

Collaborate in the development and ongoing management of instructional materials and training programs, including web-based training

Complete relevant administrative tasks, including maintenance of spreadsheets and Learning Management Systems

Partner with instructional designers, sales account team members, program managers and customer success colleagues to evolve training curriculum

Support efforts to measure training program success, including KPIs and ROI analysis

Fulfill internal initiatives as identified by manager

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited university

2+ years of blended experience in sales, consulting, training and facilitation or HR

2+ years of sales experience

2+ years of project/program management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role

BSc degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or relevant field

Highly developed interpersonal skills

Polished communicator with a high comfort level delivering complex information to large groups

Impeccable written and oral communication skills

4+ years of training and facilitation experience

3+ years of sales experience

2+ years of project/program management experience

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with corporate Learning and Content Management Systems

Additional course-work training is a plus: certification through the Association of Talent Development, or similar organization is preferred
