Job Description

The Biogen neurology sales force is looking to recruit proven sales achievers with at least three to five years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales.

In this field based, specialty sales representative position you will be called upon to sell our Neurology products with key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community: including Neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS chapters.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for developing plans for their business territory and executing on these plans in order to bring the greatest benefit to the greatest number of MS patients.

In this role, you will convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders so that all appropriate patients can benefit from therapy. You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust that allow for directed probing to uncover the customer's needs and develop solutions within the Biogen framework that meet these needs. This position works closely with cross functional peers to ensure that the Biogen suite of services is made available as needed.


  • Minimum 5+ years B2B and/or pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of success as demonstrated by consistent high ranking (top 30%) over 3 years (+), achievement awards, etc.

  • Proven ability to drive results in a difficult market

  • Documented experience working in a collaborative team setting

  • Customer and patient focused and able to drive for results

  • Must have the desire and capabilities to help us achieve new levels of success as we look to the future

  • Driving is an essential duty of this job; candidates must have a valid driver's license to be considered

  • BS/BA preferred, MBA a plus

VIEW JOBS 3/22/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-20T00:00 Summary This position will provide case management to women incarcerated in the Moms and Babies Program at Decatur Correctional Center, facilitate group and individual sessions, work with the families to assist with the transition back into the community, prepare discharge plans, and facilitate community referrals and placements. This position will be located in Central Illinois, and primary areas of coverage include: Champaign, Vermillion, Iroquois & Ford counties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide direct services and coordinate other services, resources and people to assist clients in achieving their established service plan goals * Ability to handle responsibility, work independently, and maintain good working relationships with clients, coworkers, and criminal justice system and service providers * Screen and assess clients for their appropriateness for agency services * Counsel and aid family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting the client or patient * Adhere to the service hour protocol established by the agency * Complete and maintain all required documentation pertaining to clients (documentation, ECR, finding letter and status reports) * Facilitate client drug test (as required) * Assist the supervisor in orientating staff to the case management procedures * Provide referrals for identified needs of the client and crisis intervention when needed * Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals to review client progress, and to determine their suitability for program participation * Assist supervisor in conducting peer reviews of service documentation * Complete and maintain all required documentation which includes, documenting the results of assessments, service plans, reports, progress notes, discharge summaries and other client-related activities including accurate reporting of services Qualifications * Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field * Three or more years experience in related human service activities; or any equivalent combination of training and experience * Ability to obtain CADC certification through the State Certification Board (IAODAPCA) within the first two years in the field. * Knowledge of human behavior for the assessment and signs and symptoms of substance abuse disorders, including pharmacological factors. Specific knowledge necessary for working with individuals and families engaged in high risk behaviors * Knowledge of the ASAM placement criteria and the DSM-IV as it relates to substance-related disorders or able to acquire the knowledge * Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders * Knowledge of clinical skills to effectively manage clients and their need for services * Knowledge of the Code of Ethics for substance abuse professionals * Knowledge of the federal drug and alcohol confidentiality law (42 C.F.R. Part 2) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act * Knowledge of the criminal justice system * Ability to work with a diverse population * Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed (evening/weekend hours) * Knowledge of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Internet * Must be available to attend meetings and meet the needs of the program and/or clients throughout the city, counties or wherever needed (a valid drivers license, current auto insurance and reliable automotive transportation are required) TASC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free workplace.
