This is a Sr. Technology Compliance Analyst role for Adobe's Technology GRC (TechGRC) group. The role is for Adobe's Lehi (Utah) location. This person will be a member of TechGRC team in Lehi and will report to the Lehi Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the continuous auditing and monitoring requirements supporting the compliance function


  • Work under the supervision and guidance of the TechGRC manager and drive technology compliance activities across Adobe

  • Perform Information Security related assessments to cover domains like User Access management, Network, OS & Application Security, Encryption, Change Management, Backup Management, Disaster Recovery, Physical Security, Training & Awareness etc.

  • Draft compliance reports to summarize the compliance objectives, key findings, and work with teams to remediate key findings

  • Lead the liaising with external auditors and customers to help them gain comfort with regard to Adobe's security compliance program

  • Identify internal controls issues, ensure they are well-defined and root causes are identified

  • Develop scripts to extract data from AWS and Azure environment to support the controls testing automation

  • Develop, automate and maintain audit/compliance tasks in JIRA and related tools

  • Build and maintain compliance dashboards to provide a holistic view of the compliance posture of the organization

  • Assist in Compliance testing as and when required

  • Collaborate and co-ordinate activities with the TechGRC team based in San Jose, US and India.

  • The candidate should be willing to travel for approximately 10-20% of time.


  • Bachelors / master's Degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related development experience

  • Hand on experience with AWS & Azure environments

  • Experience with Splunk and dash boarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau is a plus

  • Knowledge of common IT systems (Operating Systems, network devices, applications)

  • Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.)

  • Experience developing and maintaining websites, SharePoint sites etc.

  • Knowledge of Core IT processes / services such as change management, SDLC, Identity/User Access management, Backup and DR processes will be useful

  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is a team-player and possesses strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Ability to communicate with both business and IT technical staff including IT and Business management.

Requires the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and solve problems analytically

About the Role Lending Club is looking for a Contact Center Solutions Analyst to join our Corporate Technology team. We provide solutions and systems which support Customer Services and Operations, Investor Services Group, Medical, Auto Refinance and other Contact Centers. What You'll Do The ideal candidate is an experienced business analyst who is analytical, detail focused, and data oriented. You will see projects through all stages. Your main responsibility will be to engage with business and IT partners, strategizing on current and future needs with the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, and document gaps and identify opportunities to drive value through effective use of technology. Your tasks will include everything from defining and maintaining process maps and business requirements, to gathering and analyzing data, to building ROI and business case. You will establish key relationships with technology and business partners of these services to ensure that critical needs are addressed through the right industry leading package software and/or custom developed solutions. Responsibilities: * Participate end-to-end life cycle of the project and responsible for delivering business requirements and being the business representative to the project team. * Lead/ Facilitates requirements workshops, understand business needs, document as is and to be business processes and identify pain points * Lead requirements gathering process including facilitating discovery sessions, documenting requirements and "as-is" process flows prioritization. * Communicates effectively with both verbal and written materials * Prepares and delivers informative, well organized presentations of project status * Build relationship and partner with business owners, vendors and project managers during the project implementation and support * Understand, articulate, track and document business case including gathering and analyzing data to identify benefits. * Performs Functional Business testing by writing and executing test scripts and conducted User Acceptance Testing * Participate in scrums as Product Owner. About You * 5+ years technical solution analyst or business analyst experience. * Outstanding communication skills including demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence and communicate technical and business issues and solutions to all levels in the organization. * Experience in requirements and process modeling techniques, with ability to depict requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations. * Broad knowledge of SDLC and agile methodology and familiarity with how portfolios of systems work together to create enterprise solutions. * Possess a strong dedication to operational excellence and collaboration across business and IT Organization. * Strong skills in working with remote teams and proactively engage with peers, management and stakeholders * Good analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and improvements. * Ability to work collaboratively and influence others in a matrix environment * Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or related discipline (or equivalent work experience). * Must be a self-starter with a desire to work in fast-paced environment, and ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines * Six-Sigma or Lean experience a plus.
