The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, including electrical and mechanical.

Analyzes and diagnoses equipment problems and breakdowns
Identifies and performs the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems
Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious
Installs, maintains and troubleshoots power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, wiring methods and materials, relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders

High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training with mechanical, electrical, electronics and automated conveyors systems and controls
Knowledge of CMMS programs
Technical or mechanical training/certifications preferred
Possesses a valid driver's license
