  • Exhibit excellent skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences, with an emphasis on developers and merchants.

  • Have substantial experience writing and editing UX and technical content in a similar role, as demonstrated in both writing samples and in a writing test.

  • Are comfortable with working independently while meeting stakeholder deadlines to support global launch variables.

  • Enjoy contributing to a global team environment that includes designers, product managers, account managers, solutions architects, localization managers, and support engineers.

  • Are able to parse business processes, requirements, and existing project documentation to determine what needs to be communicated and when.

  • Are inclined to learn more about and acquire deeper understanding of your developer constituency no matter the role in the integration process, from presales to maintenance to making running changes to existing code.
