We are currently seekingamotivated, Sr. Technical Sourcer, specializing in Software Development recruiting to join our federal team in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work on a consultative basis with hiring managers and other internal customers
Leverage recruiting tools such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Clearancejobs, and social media avenues to attract and find talent.
Build candidate pools and networks within the Homeland Security markets to quickly staff open requirements.
Work in support of both currently active requisitions as well as upcoming proposal efforts
Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses across workload.
Strategize recruiting activities to include sourcing, job fairs, hiring events, marketing materials, outreach, etc.
10+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing; Bachelor's degree preferred but can substitute work experience in lieu of education
Specialized recruiting experience including:
JAVA Developers, Business Analysts, Dev-Ops Engineers, PL/SQL Developers, .NET Developers
Federal Recruiting experience highly desired
Homeland Security Agency experience a plus
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
