As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Zonar you will be responsible for sophisticated client and candidate management supporting the entire recruiting process. Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, guiding and advising on market trends and opportunities through data intelligence and expertise.
What you will do:
Craft and deploy strategies to attract talent
Source, assess and present candidates to hiring managers
Partner with the hiring manager to create offers and close hires
Coordinate hiring activity including; background checks and onboarding documentation
Represent Zonar and career opportunities at meet ups, colleges and conferences
Assist with creation or editing of job descriptions
Track and report recruiting activities
Participate in team goal setting, metrics and continuous improvement
What you will bring to the team:
10 + years of recruiting experience, corporate environment preferred
7+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience with Taleo Business System (applicant tracking & onboarding) is a plus
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work toward and achieve scheduled deadlines
Strong computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office products
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work with employees and managers at all different levels of the organization
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, ability to work independently and with a team, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
