Our recruiting team is small, focused, and works across all functions at View. We need you to discover and shepherd excellent technical candidates through the recruiting process, source and headhunt for specific roles, dig into referral networks, and develop View's presence at local events. You will work closely with the rest of the HR team, and build your own unique relationships with hiring managers and employees. You will grow tremendously as our team and our company scales.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, interview, and hire the best candidates for our engineering, IT and other groups.
Full cycle technical recruiting (from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers)
Demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting high caliber engineers
Identify and prioritize recruiting sources and networks and build pipeline of candidates
Work closely with engineers across a broad range of disciplines (hardware, software, materials)
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications
Quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done often under deadlines
Utilize data and metrics to track results and optimize process
Passionate about communicating with people across a wide variety of backgrounds
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with Jobvite (ATS) and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for scheduling meetings
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Creative thinker who can generate innovative recruiting strategies
Engineering background with successfully hiring top engineering candidates
5+ years minimum experience in Technical Recruiting
BS in Engineering/ or BA in Business Management
