What you will do
As a Senior Technical Recruiter on our team, you report to the TALeader for Corporate HQ, and are responsible the full life-cycle ofrecruiting. To deliver on this objective, you prioritize the urgency andimportance of your requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidatesfor critical roles. You also work closely with you manager, hiring managers,and HR business partners to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategiesaimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruitinggoals. In addition, you support our talent attraction programs by owning theresponsibility for recruiting from a specific university campus, and supportmilitary and diversity recruiting events as needed.

What we look for
Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Communications or related field
5+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering and IT profiles
Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
Knowledge of recruiting & staffing laws, including OFCCP andVEVRAA
Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo (ATS), Avature (CRM),LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and howthose search principles apply to both internet and database searches
