Job Purpose
This position is responsible for the overall recruiting and hiring process for recruitment efforts, which are mid-to-senior level technical positions. In addition, this role will lead and support efficiency across TA. Act as a single point of contact from the application of employment to interview schedules to pre-employment requirements and onboarding. Simplify the end-to-end process for new hires to AH & HDMA to positively impact the new hire experience. This individual will communicate with many stakeholders with time-sensitive and confidential information.
Key Accountabilities
Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical positions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies to continuously improve sourcing methods
Customer Service Focus:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific technical hiring needs.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Filling Open Positions:
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and hiring timelines.
Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers, highlighting their technical capabilities and alignment with the organization's values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the decision-making process.
Negotiate job offers and support successful candidates through the onboarding process.
Project Leadership:
Lead activity to create consistency across the recruiting process

Offer Script / Key talking points for candidate engagement

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years' experience in Sourcing and Recruiting (A minimum of 10 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting on a national, multi-location level required)
Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting in manufacturing and/or Automotive engineering.
Travel
Experience recruiting specifically in Automotive Engineering /BEV (Battery and Electrification / Electrical Vehicles)
Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods and processes
Experience using Job Posting platforms
Experience recruiting and sourcing executive / high level positions
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate the organization and develop strong relationships
Project management skills
Skill in formulating pre-screening questions tailored to specific job postings
Expertise in leveraging social media platforms for effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
Familiarity with multiple job posting platforms to maximize outreach
Experience in passive candidate recruitment and sourcing strategies
Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment practices
