Genesis10 has a fulltime opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. With over 15 years of experience in the Twin Cities and one of the largest local account bases, we have unique opportunities for recruiter growth and development.
Must be local to MN and have recent IT recruiting experience.

Description:

  • Recruiting team is aligned by skill set and looking for someone who has a passion & interest to develop their knowledge and pipeline in specific skill set areas. Areas such as Project Managements/Business Analysts /QA and Development/Network/Security/Help desk.

  • Experienced Technical Recruiter to support direct manager positions, SOW, direct hire and Fortune 100 accounts in the Twin Cities and Atlanta markets.

  • Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications against requirement details.

  • Will partner with Sr Account Executives, Delivery Managers and other internal staff to drive new business development and growth.

  • Successful candidate will build a network of W2, fulltime, IC and 3rd party candidates for technical and functional roles.

  • Proficient with an ATS system for sourcing, candidate submittals, tracking and documenting. We leverage the unique capabilities of JobDiva through the entire process.

?Qualifications:

  • Experienced technical recruiter within a professional IT staffing environment.

  • Enjoys the art of recruiting, building pipelines and building on-going relationships.

  • Ability to work independently, meet goals and work free from "micro-management".

  • Experience recruiting Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and infrastructure/network candidates.

  • Experience recruiting contract, contract-to-hire and perm roles.

  • Will be working with W2, IC and 3rd party candidates.

Basic Description The Senior AmeriCorps Recruiter will support multi-state AmeriCorps recruitment efforts through implementation of innovative approaches to sourcing a qualified, diverse applicant pool. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and implementing a strategy for engaging passive applicants, creating targeted marketing materials to support site recruitment efforts and leading and participating in recruitment events such as career fairs and information sessions. This position will provide recruitment and member onboarding guidance to our site recruitment teams. This includes aspects of AmeriCorps compliance.
