We are seeking a Sr. Technical Project Engineer in our Brooklyn Park, MN Location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for complex, multi-faceted R&D programs

  • Manage major subcontractors to get on-time delivery of needed technologies or hardware

  • Lead regular status meetings and project reviews

  • Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership

  • Manage execution of annual plan throughout the year by working with technical, program management, and finance teams

  • Coordinate gathering requirements, drafting statements of work, and evaluation of potential new projects.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management

  • Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

WE VALUE

  • Masters degree in a STEM field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle including managing risk and budget

  • Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstacles

  • Experience working with remote or international teams
