Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager

What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for a Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and product adoption within developer communities by creating impactful content and fostering meaningful conversations. This role involves direct engagement with developers and evangelists to produce authentic resources such as demos, code samples, documentation, how-to guides, blog posts, and product roadmaps. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Contribute to enhancing awareness, engagement, and adoption of Contentstack's products and technologies within developer and technical communities.

• Launch and manage Contentstack's Discord community to cultivate engagement and support among developers.

• Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, architects, and evangelists to drive our developer-focused perspective and curate supporting materials.

• Develop and maintain resources for developers, including code samples, demos, tutorials, documentation, and how-to guides, inspiring developers to innovate with Contentstack.

• Act as a spokesperson for developer-focused media and represent Contentstack at industry events, webinars, and internal events.

• Gather feedback from the developer community to influence product direction, prioritize developer needs, and identify emerging trends.

What really gets us excited about you:

• 7-10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in developer marketing, developer relations, technical evangelism, or technical marketing roles.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in public speaking and creating technical content such as speeches, demos, workshops, webinars, videos, and other technical materials.

• Strong technical aptitude and a deep curiosity for emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with modern headless web development and content management methodologies.

• Experience in software development and implementing, maintaining, and integrating content management systems (CMS) is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with the Contentstack platform is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts into clear and intuitive communications.

• Exceptional organizational skills, self-direction, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Active presence on social media with engaged followers is highly desirable.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Salary for this role ranges between $165,000 - 180,000 based on skill set and experience
