We're seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive end-to-end system integrations and lead a scalable monetization / ROI engine. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advertising and yield management platform that connects our thousands of advertisers to our millions of members across top consumer-facing sites such as Swagbucks, InboxDollars, and Upromise.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Attribution, Analytics, and ROAS, ideally in our top advertising segments

  • Gaming Studios, Fin-tech,. You should be able to envision the big picture, but very comfortable being hands-on in tackling day-to-day surprises in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Objectives:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end system integrations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, upper management, and external partners maximizing the potential of ad technology to drive revenue growth.

  • Think like a Gamer, leveraging industry best practices and staying ahead of trends to maximize time spent on our platforms and our advertising partners apps.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, BI, sales, marketing, and business development teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability of our systems.

  • Launch new features: Release new features to users and monitor their performance.

  • Gather feedback: Collect feedback from users and use it to improve products.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

  • Take ownership of the product roadmap and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Detailed Job Duties:

  • Roll up your sleeves: You may not be a developer or a designer, but you should have a strong working knowledge of both UX Design and Software Development approaches. You should be able to ask our consumers / clients, both internal and external, the right questions and author requirements accordingly. You'll be involved in both the small and big stuff of product development. You'll need to be able to define roadmap /strategies, write requirements, work with engineers, and diagnose business or technical issues.

  • Product Ownership: Experience skillfully explaining product prioritization decisions and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process-oriented: You should be capable of following an established process and continuously looking for ways to improve it. You should be well-versed in Agile project management best practices and be able to steer things back in the right direction when necessary.

  • People Facing: As the Product Expert, you may occasionally participate in pre-sales activities and presentations as needed, integrate with 3rd parties and operate as the face of the product for the company.

  • Innovative: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.

  • "A Whiz at Juggling (Tasks & Projects, Not Actual Balls)" - You've got an uncanny ability to keep multiple balls in the air. Like a circus performer, you can keep your eye on several tasks without dropping a single one.

What does SUCCESS look like?

  • Create and Own the Product Backlogs, including Jira ticket-level details.

  • Collaborate with your teammates in person, Zoom and Slack.

  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the product development process

  • Review team / project progress

  • Meetings with the product design, development and QA teams

  • Schedule and lead meetings (e.g.

  • Sprint ceremonies)
  • Blocking and tackling production issues related to your product ownership area.

  • Track product performance and identify areas for improvement in order to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with design, sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies

  • Develop SQL reports to extract and analyze data from databases

The MUST Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a gaming company

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Knowledge /experience with Mobile Gaming (app) KPIs and how to affect them

  • Proven ability to drive innovative product ideas and lead the development of cutting-edge technology solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships

  • Technical expertise, with experience working with lean software development teams

  • Experience with JIRA and SQL familiarity is required

  • Very well organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering or a related field

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $142,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
