Code and unit test. Develop or contribute to deliverables for additional levels of testing and support test execution including system level and integration tests.

    Frequently leads large projects. Resolve production problems of medium to high complexity. Provides guidance to those in less senior positions.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires five (5) or more years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

  • Workday Configuration will partner and engage directly with business partners and Technology teams in the FedEx HR Technology Train to Identify, validate and test business process and configuration changes related to business changes, issues or process improvements primarily in the area of Compensation & HCM. This person will play a key role in delivering Workday enhancements to support our existing Workday implementation, covering both functional and technical aspects.

    This is a hybrid role where one would spend time configuring, developing and testing Workday functionalities and integrations. In addition to Workday expertise, the individual should have knowledge of manual testing and expertise to leverage automation tools like Kainos. The ideal candidate will Collaborate with Product Owners, Development team, and third-party vendors in an Agile environment to understand requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and to design, develop, and implement Workday Cloud and other products for the HR transformation.

    Job Responsibilities: Designing, build, test and deploy Workday Compensation solutions Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates ideas, projects and opportunities to leverage new products, new technologies and business models for the enterprise Conducts analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include product improvement or systems enhancements Collaborates across operating companies to showcase ideas in the innovation of business processes Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus: Experience and Workday Pro Certification in HCM Provide functional and technical expertise in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business processes and applications.

    Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM - Compensation preferable. Experience in functional area of Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent. Experience with Customer-Driven Design and Lean techniques to capture and define customer needs Experience solving complex programming problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions Experience with SaaS Envirorments like Workday, SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, etc Proven work experience in HR systems Domicile Location:
