Team
The Technical Account Management team is a key pillar of the Marketplace Partnerships function at TripleLift, sitting between the revenue and R&D organizations. We utilize knowledge of business objectives and technical environment to maintain, service, and optimize partner integrations for growth.
Role
The Sr. Technical Account Manager will report into the Director of Marketplace Partnerships. This exciting client-facing role will focus on owning and maintaining one of TripleLift's headline DSP connections. You'll be deploying your consultative, analytical and technical chops to identify areas of opportunity and work in lockstep with both internal and external cross-functional teams to execute your optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
Deeply understand your partner's business, integration and tech stack in order to identify optimization and growth opportunities
Collaborate with commercial counterpart to develop / deliver strategic account plans, partnership OKRs and quarterly business reviews
Own and nurture relationship with partner's technical counterparts
Effectively optimize QPS to meet partner KPIs and maintain profitability for TripleLift
Proactively design & execute experiments to increase revenue across integration
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to scope and develop support for net-new integration and exchange features
Troubleshoot integration liquidity blockers
Actively manage discrepancies between TripleLift and partner
Own all technical knowledge repositories for key partners and offer integration-specific insight to internal teams as needed
Qualifications
4+ years of online advertising experience, either in a technical support / services role or a customer success / partner management role where quantitative & technical skills were developed and deployed
Demonstrated service-driven mindset that prioritizes customer needs
Experience analyzing marketplaces; exposure to RTB technologies, campaign optimization, header bidding optimization
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong quantitative skills, including experience in statistics
Expertise with basic data exploration tools such as Excel or iPython
Strong systems-thinking capacity
Exposure to fundamental web technology & aptitude to expand technical skills -- including datastores (SQL) and web foundations (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including conveying technical concepts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

$109,500-$130,000 USD
