Sr. Talent and Performance Specialist
The HR Measurement & Data Reporting position is based in the Roseland, NJ. In this position, you'll gain exposure to a broad array of strategic human capital initiatives by supporting the Global Talent & Performance Acceleration (TPA) team with measuring and reporting the results of initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated colleague who is interested in growing their experience in talent management and HR. Success in this position will require strong attention to detail and analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and project manage, resourcefulness, versatility, and agility to juggle different tasks at the same time. Partner with Talent & Performance Acceleration subject matter experts in Employee Engagement, Performance Acceleration, Talent Planning, and Operations to support delivery of critical global Talent & Performance processes & programs.
Support delivery of organizational survey processes such as Engagement Pulse, Performance Pulse, MyVoice, and Exit Surveys, including survey administration, reporting, and insights.
Manage and segment associate population data in Excel to create distribution lists and reports for program enrollment & communication delivery
Partner with the HR People Analytics team to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to automate the analysis and reporting of metrics
Create reports (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) for our HR partners and senior leaders.
Provide assistance in producing and preparing presentations, research and other published materials for the team. Set up and maintain repository of internal presentations for future use.
Manage monthly and quarterly metrics reporting to our HR partners and Sr. Leaders.
Other data analytics or reporting-related tasks as assigned.
