We are looking for a Sr Talent Generalist to help lead the program management for our contingent labor program at our York Manufacturing Facility.

This is what you'll do:

  • Partner with the staffing supply chain to ensure fulfillment of contingent openings in a timely manner with quality candidates.

  • Manage and build relationships with the staffing suppliers by communicating with and training suppliers as new processes/procedures are rolled out.

  • Engage with stakeholders as needed for day to day issues or concerns with the contingent labor.

  • Interact with plant leadership and hiring managers to understand contingent labor needs and ensure we are meeting their needs.

  • Leverage Fieldglass and existing sourcing tools to effectively track and manage the contingent workforce.

Education Required

This position requires a bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

To be successful in this role you must be able to lead through ambiguity and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You must be an excellent communicator and must have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.

Are you qualified?

All applicants who choose to apply for this opportunity should have at least 5 years of relevant experience within Talent Acquisition, Staffing Supplier Management or Human Resources and can demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization and build collaborative relationships with internal partners including union leadership

  • Experience managing relationships (business facing & external facing)

  • Experience using SAP Fieldglass or another related vendor management system (VMS)

  • Strong organizational skills while working on multiple tasks related to the contingent worker lifecycle (sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding)

  • Ability to think holistically about processes, programs and tools as well as identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Ability to negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework

  • Initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and collaboratively

Achievement of minimum competencies, and MOA Certification. The successful trainee will learn to provide front office support to clinical operations. Work with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answer phone calls and provide assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. The trainee will work under the daily supervision of the MOA Academy Coordinator and other educators, and the designated Practice Site Managers and/or assigned staff when out on clinic rotations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Basic computer skills Excellent interpersonal skills.
