Responsibilities

Our Talent Acquisition department is a critical part of Shift4's aggressive growth plans! The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a team-oriented individual who utilizes tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities, determines eligibility of candidates, creates innovative sourcing strategies, and identifies process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.

In this position, you will primarily handle the internal hiring process from application to offer including, but not limited to: consulting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, posting positions, screening internal candidates, selecting internal candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience through the entire transfer process. This role will primarily execute talent acquisition strategies around internal mobility. When needed, you will also recruit externally and, therefore, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving and changing priorities. You will be an integral part of a global, industry leading FinTech organization.

Internal Mobility/Internal Recruiting (70%)

  • Provide support to current Shift4 employees regarding interdepartmental transfers and promotional opportunities.

  • Work with efficiency to move internal candidates through the internal recruitment process.

  • Execute internal recruitment strategies, including building a strong internal candidate pipeline of highly qualified and diverse talent for vacant positions.

  • Ability to prioritize vacant positions and to focus on building an internal candidate pipeline for those critical position openings.

  • Establish and foster productive working relationships with Hiring Managers, internal candidates, and other stakeholders to achieve assigned hiring goals.

  • Use negotiation skills to secure offers with internal candidates.

  • Deliver on candidate, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders requests with a sense of urgency to build a reputation of trust.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to quickly and efficiently track and move internal candidates through the interview and hiring process.

  • Other duties as assigned.

External Recruiting (30%)

  • Develop a working knowledge of departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture.

  • Develop a pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently opened positions.

  • Partner with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.

  • Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.

  • Work with departments to help ensure compliance with AA/EEO regulations, employment laws, and adherence to Shift4 policies and procedures.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to quickly and efficiently track and move external candidates through the interview and hiring process.

  • Use negotiation skills to secure offers with external candidates.

  • Actively search and review candidates resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience working in a high volume, full-lifecycle recruiting role.

  • Experience recruiting qualified candidates at all levels within a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and strong experience using an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS.

  • Global scope and responsibility experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, consultative, influence and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated learning agility & passion for continuous improvement.

  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills.

  • Highest level of integrity and ability to keep information confidential.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and effective relationships with managers, HR partners at all levels, and associate level employees.

  • Ability to deliver strong results with limited resources, under tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Effective coaching skills; excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (oral and written) to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study.

Location Requirements

  • Hybrid (4 Days In-Office) in Center Valley, PA.

  • This is NOT a remote position.
