Position Summary:

Located in our Gainesville, GA Location, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for Fox Factory. This individual will help execute the overall talent acquisition strategy and Fox Factory employer branding through recruitment efforts, managing external job boards, managing recruiting resources, and building external relationships to ensure a pipeline of top talent for the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from screening applicants to sourcing for the best talent from diverse backgrounds in order to meet the needs of the business.

  • Work with the Manager, HRBP & Programs to ensure the best candidate/employee experience

  • Responsible for recruitment operational excellence including; evaluate current processes and tools for improvement and execute processes and usage of tools accurately

  • Create job descriptions and postings, recruit talent, conduct interviews, and hire talent

  • Partner with hiring managers to discuss hiring initiatives, understand job requirements, find top talent and provide recruitment best practice guidance

  • Responsible for overseeing external job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn for the respective regions.

  • Responsible for building external relationships with professional associations, campus, to help attract top talent in the off road vehicle industry.

  • Responsible for tracking talent acquisition data and conducting analysis to produce insightful metrics

Employer Branding

  • Be an ambassador of the Fox brand and live company culture and values

  • Work with the Manager, HRBP & Programs on creating employer branding strategy

  • Build Fox's company reputation, ensure brand consistency, and identify potential areas for brand building

  • Build key partnerships with Marketing, Communications, Diversity and Inclusion, technical teams and employee resource groups to identify opportunities and solutions that support recruiting and brand goals

  • Meet KPIs/metrics to measure effectiveness and value of programs

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Experience hiring in various industries with a variety of positions such as; production/warehouse, professional, technical, and leadership

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday is an asset

  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize daily workload

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude

Position Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

. Experience with recruiting for Engineers and Technical candidates

. Strong ATS experience, preferably Workday
