Department: Talent Acquisition
The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner serves as a strategic business partner with Jackson Health leaders to attract and engage top talents by executing people strategies associated with recruitment and retention.
Experience in a corporate and/or hospital recruitment setting preferred. Demonstrated success in recruitment of Director-level and above positions.
Strong Boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience, previous sourcing experience in supporting multi functions and business units and strong social media sourcing experience required. Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing particularly with executive leadership. Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to details. Advanced level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs. Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
Experience: Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
Licensure Certification: Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
Knowledge Skill Abilities: Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
