Sr. Tableau Administrator & Developer

The Gig:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Tableau Administrator & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the optimization of Business Intelligence through Tableau Server administration, performance tuning, and user training. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing Revenue Management, Marketing & Operations performance.

What You'll Be Up To:

Tableau Server Administration:

• Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tableau Server.

• Implement security measures and data governance policies.

• Monitor server health and performance, optimizing as needed.

Performance Optimization:

• Enhance workbook and dashboard performance.

• Implement caching and data extract strategies.

User Management and Training:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and support.

• Conduct user training sessions and promote best practices.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.

• Mentor junior administrators and promote a data-driven culture.

SuperPowers Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

• Extensive Tableau Server administration experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Tableau Server certification preferred.
