.Twinn is looking for a Windows Systems Engineer/Administrator who is willing to lead, learn, collaborate and grow. This opportunity places you on a dynamic Windows engineering and O&M team that is implementing and utilizing CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, and Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.As the Windows Systems Engineer/Administrator, you will be responsible for leading Windows architecture, engineering and deployment activities, to include; engineering, configuring and deploying AD Forests and Domains in a multi-level cross-domain security environment, WSUS/SCCM services, and supporting a heterogeneous mixed Windows/Linux environment with AD authentication. O&M responsibilities will also include maintaining up to date patching of all the office's Windows servers and workstations; interfacing with end users to administer accounts (new set ups and trouble shoot existing); working with other members of the infrastructure team to ensure minimized down time; implementing baseline changes and responding to change requests; performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers; building servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects; and operating and maintaining servers.Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities include:Engineering, configuring and deploying Windows AD Forests and/or Domains in a multi-level cross-domain security environmentEngineering, deploying, and maintaining WSUS/SCCM servicesSupporting a heterogeneous Windows/Linux AD environmentKeeping server and workstation patches up to dateResponding to requests that are submitted by internal and external customersAttending TEMs to discuss and agree upon MOAs; ensure MOA is within scope of server team's workSupporting customer in the development of a dedicated server build report as well as an internal build reportEnsuring integrity of asset management recordsPerforming technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers in response to support requestsCoordinating server installationPlanning and recommending hardware replacements as neededBuilding servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordinationAssisting with establishing and maintaining appropriate server baselineCoordinating planned server outages with management and user populationAutomating deployment and administration tasksTroubleshooting, resolving and reporting on all unplanned server outagesTypical Education and Experience :Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience*Required Skills :
(Active TS/SCI w Poly)The candidate must have an Active Intel Security clearance with a Favorable Polygraph. Candidate will not be considered without it.Expert experience architect, deploying, and maintaining Windows AD Forests and Domains and all related services (LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, GPO's, Users/Groups, DFS, File/Print services, etc.)Experience architect and deploying Windows AD in a multi-level, cross-domain security environmentExperience engineering, deploying and maintain Windows WSUS/SCCMScripting Windows tasksAbility to use verbal and written communication skills to present information to a diverse population (technical and non-technical).Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.Knowledge of Communications and Information Security policies and procedures.Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Ability to arrange things or actions in an order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.Preferred Skills and Education :Intermediate to advanced AWS experience.Intermediate to advanced VMware vSphere experience.Willingness to learn Linux Systems Administration on a cross-function Agile Team.Ability to provide innovative automation solutions for routine issues and tasks.Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of theory and practice of underlying network operations.Experience automating OS install processes (PXE, DSC, etc.)Scripting experience using advanced scripting languagesWillingness to learn and implement Scrum framework, Agile engineering Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and DevOps.#TWINNINTELLIGENCE
