Senior Survey Party Chief
Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Party Chief in South Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented professionals that want to excel with us. The Sr. Party Chief will provide supervision and work direction to a survey crew engaged in establishment of control points and lines used in construction projects. The purpose of this position is to perform surveys for one or more projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Check and perform some calculations
Calculate accurately
Check tie-in locations
Disseminate information properly to Survey Manager
Perform survey layout on projects
Perform accurate layout
Check and maintain accurate control
Perform timely layout
Clearly communicate survey layout
Adhere to standardized procedures and processes
Communicate with Party Chiefs, Survey Manager, and Field Crews
Communicate completion of tasks to Survey Manager
Communicate to the Survey Manager the field issues and/or concerns
Properly document survey layout being performed
Maintain equipment
Keep equipment clean and well maintained
Make sure equipment is calibrated
