As a SR. Analyst of the TMA Customer Service Team, this individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful support of new technologies within our organization. They will assist in the handling of service tickets and other various customer service requests, from supporting the Launch of the technology in account creation to maintaining existing accounts within the application. Their responsibilities will include completing requested tasks within the expected timelines, conducting virtual customer service calls using MS Teams and providing access to various systems upon request.

PAY: $55-70K

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Handle service ticket assignments timely and efficiently.

  • Conduct troubleshooting calls via MS Teams.

  • Manage access requests to multiple systems.

  • Set up and create TMA accounts assisting The Launch team, ensuring smooth setup and functionality of these accounts.

  • Continued account maintenance within TMA.

  • Aid in training sessions for QR code creation, device setup, manager training, device login, route testing, and employee training.

  • Act as the liaison between the field and the development team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in technology support, troubleshooting and customer service.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Previous experience with Service Now or other related ticketing platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.

  • Experience and familiarity with mobile applications is a plus.
