The Senior Analyst for Order Management is responsible for managing the relationship between Supply Chain and our third party vendors and wholesalers. They are the point person through which all order related information flows. This position develops and implement key controls for order management (e.g.: metrics, issues resolution) in order to minimize risk and ensure timeliness and quality in order fulfillment. This position also identifies best practices, new concepts and technologies, and enforces the application of these changes. This position provides cost savings and justification models to support business decisions.
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or supply chain.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a global company working with ERP systems, order fulfillment and/or order management activities
In-depth experience in business process flow definition
Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and analysis as well as quantitative methods acquired through formal education or 2-3 years on-the-job application.
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Access, Visio and/or other flowcharting tools/software
Written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills
