Amazon Physical stores team is seeking a highly motivated individual with analytical skills and program management experience to join our supply chain execution team.

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will play an integral part in stores' inventory management by successfully partnering with various internal teams as well as external suppliers to support business initiatives. It is important to have an owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability take ownership and influence others while building scalable solutions for growth. A successful candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and enthusiastic about collaborating with the business to deliver results. The candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and ever-changing environment, coupled with a strong technical skill set, taking a data-driven approach to solve complex problems across our inbound supply chain. The position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization. Written and verbal communication skills are necessary in order to define high-level business requirements for building or improving software systems and processes.

  • Provide actionable insights into current delivery performance and improvements avenues.

  • Developing and monitoring program performance to identify, address and prevent potential issues.

  • Addressing barriers through problem solving, communication and active coordination with stakeholders.

  • Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team.

  • Working within various time constraints to meet business critical needs, often managing multiple, time-sensitive and high priority initiatives, while measuring and identifying activities performed and meeting service requirements.

  • Translating technical concepts and customer needs into supply chain requirements and ultimate operational execution.

  • Escalating challenges or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, following through to resolution.

  • Support the expansion of the network, new locations from analyzing where we expand to how fast.

  • Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team.

  • CompletedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field and/or 2+ years of Amazon experience

  • 4+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management concepts i.e. forecasting, planning, optimization and logistics

  • 4+ years of qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation -Logistics or Inventory Management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Project Management experience

  • Prior experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical techniques

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL

In this role you will be responsible for driving adoption of Dolby Technology at semiconductor companies such as Intel, Nvidia and Qualcomm. You must have an in-depth understanding of the PC or mobile semiconductor companies, and proven experience in building relationships across these companies to influence their roadmaps. The position will be based in either Dolby's San Francisco or Sunnyvale office. The ideal candidate through their direct engagement will drive increasing adoption of Dolby technology at IC partners in the USA. Essential Job Functions and Description * Manage the relationships within semiconductor companies and be able to articulate the value of Dolby Technology to influence key decision makers. * Ability to work with customers and key stake holders within Dolby to achieve mutually beneficial deals. * Represent the needs and market dynamics of the semiconductor companies to key stakeholders within Dolby, and be able to influence these key stakeholders. * Strategic thinker who can understand the market dynamics, think through the long-term impact, and develop strategies to maximize Dolby's revenue. Requirements: * A minimum of 5+ years related experience in the semiconductor industry related to Mobile or PC. * Understanding of the underlying semiconductor technologies such as CPU, GPU, DSPs as well as audio and video technology * Proven ability to think and act strategically, while be able to balance the day to day tactical work. * Strong communication skills in English. * Requires a minimum of a Bachelor degree that is engineering related (EE, Computer Science etc).
