Adam Search Group has a fantastic opportunity in the Robinson Township area for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager. This role will be in charge of Supply and Logistics Teams. The most important piece of this role is having the skills and ability to set up and execute a Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Process,which will greatly improve Supply Chain efficiency. This position is accountable for the direction, organization, staffing, and continuous improvement of all supply chain and logistics processes and activities.

Some of your responsibilities will include
- Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor, and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain-related duties.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of supply chain staff with SMART objectives and recommend promotions
- Analyze current processes and suggest improvements and optimization to increase efficiency and profitability for the company.
- Establish and track the supply chain department's annual budget.
- Identify and qualify local suppliers with global Purchasing and Quality departments.
- Collaborate with suppliers to define optimized terms and conditions (prices, MOQ, lead-time, incoterm).
- Evaluate quarterly supplier performance, and define corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Optimize inventory management, and avoid shortages while minimizing the working capital requirements.
- Develop internal sales forecasts for all product ranges (short, medium, and long-term).
- Coordinate the monthly S&OP process.
- Update regularly long-term procurement plan and decoupling points.
- Lead logistic team to ensure on-time execution of receiving, staging, and shipping operations.
