WHAT WE'LL NEED

The Sr. Supply Chain Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Supply Chain Indirect team in facilitating category manager on cost optimization, supplier strategic relationship enhancement, service metrics and performance development, New Restaurant Opening (NRO) planning & process optimization and operational support. This role operates with strong passion, accountability, transparency, communication skills, and X functional collaboration mindset for building the restaurant/QSR business.

  • Develop and distribute key metric scorecards and monthly / quarterly business review documents;

  • Handle field communication inquiries and requests related to distribution and delivery of product to Wingstop restaurants

  • System record maintenance/reporting and buying support to include:  contract documentation, contract balance reconciliation with suppliers, source list, purchasing info records, create and update contract expiration logs, Material Master (MM) construction/work flow, A/P inquiries, forecasting to suppliers.

  • Upload/data load process - maintain pricing/supplier/contract/volume database;

  • MRP analysis/replenishment review of required stocking levels for materials in the responsible regions and update master data as necessary

  • Collect and analyze industry/market and internal data relating to relevant commodities along with comparative analysis.

  • Utilize Power BI and BW (Business Warehouse) and data analytics to create actionable reports enabling the optimization of procurement sourcing strategies (run historical and forecast queries to be used by Category Managers for contracting)

  • Freight / Logistics optimization- carrier and inbound analysis

  • Balance aggregate supply with demand while supporting targeted customer service levels, new product introductions, and reduce risk of inventory obsolescence.

  • Support the development of internal and external category profiles; contribute to the development of Total Cost of Ownership models.

  • Support the development of RFP requests, supplier recommendations, and selection criteria including qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Assist with the development of fact-based negotiation strategies, development of high level and detailed benefits cases and compliance with supplier agreements.

  • Work with Wingstop subject matter experts and internal customers to gather and assess business requirements and contribute to the development of distribution implementation plans.

  • Leverage supplier intelligence, monitor market fundamentals of supply/demand factors & technical analysis to adjust or renew material pricing to maintain financial reporting integrity.

  • As tenure matures candidate will work closely with Category Managers to maintain vigorous and in depth understanding of markets for assigned categories spread across equipment FOH & BOH, Services, OOE, COPEX and to include: Category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, price risk management.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

  • Asses and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and compliance challenges.

  • Leverage supply chain management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or equivalent work experience required

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), foodservice, Indirect, CAPEX, FFE and restaurant industry experience

  • 3 years+ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement of Indirect/Service category preferred, or related field;

  • Systems proficiency with ERP, Power BI, Arrowstream and intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Must possess strong financial analysis skills and are responsible for industry assessments, financial analysis, strategic sourcing, contract creations and cost modelling.

  • Working knowledge of equipment materials for use in restaurant/foodservice.

  • Strong understanding of operational aspects of the company from raw materials through delivery.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate at a high level across multiple functions.

  • Working knowledge in the effective implementation of material management tools.

  • Basic understanding of best-in-class processes such as: Sourcing, Contracting, Risk Mgmt., Category Mgmt., Reporting, Data Analytics, and Supplier Integration.

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
