Position Overview
As a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you will work with business users to understand challenges and build analytical solutions and processes to improve our supply chain functions. You will also extract, restructure, analyze and interpret data, while communicating findings and recommendations to the business and leadership.

District Overview
Kiewit Supply Network group specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building; and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service focused on ensuring equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price. We strive to offer an appropriate level of quality and ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule and in compliance with the client's specifications and expectations.
Location
This position will be in our regional Kiewit office in Lone Tree CO.
(Willing to consider candidates who can work out of our office located in Lenexa, KS)

Requirements Gathering and Definition -- Solicit requirements by identifying a desired future state that addresses a business problem. Articulate requirements to the lowest level of detail that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and project success
Data Analysis
Qualifications
Met prior deliverables of leveraging data to solve unique and challenging business problems in a professional setting
Minimum of 4+ years' work experience performing data analysis, procurement process or systems analysis, or materials and commodity analysis in a professional setting
Prior experience in supply chain roles
Experience with analyzing structured and un-structured datasets
Experience deploying or managing supply chain technologies across an organization(s), and monitoring effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
Ability to lead others and ensure that both individual and team projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
Technical Skills
Database querying (SQL for MS SQL Server highly preferred)
Data visualization experience and technique best practices (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Data lineage tracing and understanding of ETL processes
Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions
SAP ERP experience and ability to navigate table structures a plus
Non-Technical Skills
A deep desire to add significant business value and inquisitive nature
Understanding of change control principles with strong critical thinking skills and high business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present and influence
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines, goals and objectives

Base Compensation: $90,000/yr - $110,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
