What you will do:
Are you looking for a role where you are selling and hosting technical training on the newest & best technology to keep people safe? Do you have experience with selling Security Equipment to the trade? Do you have technical training experience with Security Equipment to the trade?
You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and Technical activities in New England. Develop and implement a sales plan focused on the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned market and contribute to the development of sales and technical training programs for new and existing clientele.
How you will do it:
Devise effective territory sales, technical training and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
Present products and services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales and technical techniques and company product attributes
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Monitor competition within assigned region
Prepare and submit reports
What we look for:
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Territory Manager
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
Ability to develop sales strategies
Proficient in MS Office
Organizational and leadership ability
Preferred
Field sales and technical experience
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience selling through wholesale channels
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 USD - $130,000 USD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
