We are currently searching for a Sr. Store Facilities Manager to join our growing team. This person will provide leadership, direction and support for issues relative to in-store maintenance and repair. Manage regional Facilities Coordinator staff. Provide daily leadership and direction for 3rd party service provider and call center network. Develop and execute reactive and preventative maintenance programs designed to reduce failure, while elongating life-cycle of critical assets. Align with Construction team regarding special projects and roll-out initiatives and partner with Operations, providing superior support of our stores, quickly addressing issues and obstacles which could reduce sales opportunities. Team with Real Estate and Legal regarding issues requiring communication with landlords. Develop and manage capital and expense budgets, ensuring we do not surpass funding on a monthly basis.
Develop preventative maintenance programs based on data metrics analysis, identifying frequent failures by region, model and brand, creating scope of work which addresses these issues in a proactive manner, before they become issues.
Manage Facilities Coordinator staff ensuring sound business decisions regarding repair and maintenance of store based assets and equipment. Work with Real Estate and Legal, communicating with Landlords, driving resolution as per lease based responsibility criteria.
Develop and approve 3rd party dispatch and repair programs, contracting lowest cost, highest level services, developing hierarchy of response / repair criteria ensuring fast resolution of crucial in-store issues.
Frequent analysis of equipment service history, developing protocol for replace vs repair criteria, best utilizing funding based on anticipated and remaining equipment efficiency and life-cycle.
Partner with Operation corporate and field customer, establishing relationship of trust, ensuring development of programs which align with brand standards creating consistency of services throughout the fleet.
Identifies, negotiates and contracts with 3rd party resources, developing agreements which consistently improve service level while driving cost reduction, inefficiency and automation to the facility maintenance process.
Develops capital and expense annual budgets, aligned with costs associated with reactive and proactive services as well as capital replacement of equipment identified as beyond useful life.
High School Diploma
3-5 years' experience in a multi-site corporate retail construction / facilities environment
2 -3 years supervisory experience
2 - 3 years' field experience in building trades
Microsoft Suite Computer skills, working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
Knowledge of retail equipment market / equipment providers
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
