Senior Staffing Consultant
Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Staffing, the Senior Staffing Consultant is self-directed, focusing on results and achieving goals. This person has a direct impact on the ability of the client to meet their deliverables by providing high quality, highly specialized, and timely temporary staffing solutions.
The Expertise We're Looking For
BS/BA in a related field is preferred or equivalent business experience
5 year's business experience, with a minimum of 4 years recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting. Proven ability to focus on results and achieve goals.
Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems Bullhorn and Fieldglass experience is a plus
The Purpose of Your Role
The Staffing Consultant is responsible for developing relationships within an assigned business unit as well the day to day recruitment, placement and retention of temporary associates. This role also encompasses implementing programs to promote retention and relationship building. Understanding of technology disciplines is required.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand business unit objectives related to role, such as skills, knowledge, experience, and competencies required, and under guidance of Staffing develop specific sourcing strategies for immediate need.
Coaching hiring manager on effective development of job description, specifications, postings, and prepare pre-screening questions
Reviewing staffing process with hiring managers including roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders
Participating in business partner meetings to discuss staffing needs and industry trends
Customer Relationship Management
Partnering with internal support groups to strategize solutions to staffing/recruitment challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Partnering with client managers to streamline temporary placement process and ensure of placements
Managing the relationship of assigned client to develop staffing and recruitment strategies for specific business needs
Maintaining accurate files and records of all customer interaction
Serving as Fidelity ambassador and talent manager during entire interviewing process
Preparing candidates for screenings/interviews by supplying as much information as appropriate to candidates about Fidelity, the business unit, the job, the hiring manager, the team, etc.
Using deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
Providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback to internal & external candidates, regardless of hiring outcome, to assure management of candidate expectations and to keep candidates interested
Guiding hiring managers through interview process; set manager expectations regarding candidate attributes and expectations
Partnering with business unit regarding logistics and resources needed to determine interview dates, logistics of the event including presentation room, interview rooms, number of interviewers, etc
Leading or hosting debrief sessions with recruiter and managers to discuss outcomes of interviews feedback and facilitate discussion regarding execution of offer process
