Position Title: Senior Staff, Employee Relations Professional
About the Role-You Will:
Work closely with HRBPs, legal, compliance, and employees at all levels to investigate, troubleshoot, and ensure a positive, inclusive, legal business environment for all Seagate employees
Utilize your knowledge on applicable employment laws to advise on a variety of employee relations issues, including advising on Seagate's policies, practices, how to address workplace issues, performance management, and coaching
Identify areas of concern within various organizations.
Investigate the factors that adversely affect the performance, morale, and productivity of Seagate employees.
Create programs designed to address concern areas prior to issues arising and to prevent future workplace issues/concerns.
Conduct surveys and gather information from employees on ways to improve the employee experience.
Prepare reports related to response time, employee concerns, implemented action plans and measured impact on the greater employee base.
Conduct interviews with various levels of employees to understand their concerns.
Counsel and advise employees on their concerns.
Evaluate work related employee problems by taking appropriate measures and designing action plans with HRBPs.
Inform and guide employees on company policies and the procedures that need to be followed to ensure their compliance.

Your Experience Includes:
Significant knowledge of Human Resources and Employee Relations best practices.
Experience in various investigative methods
Experience working in a Senior-level HR Capacity
Previous knowledge in an HR legal capacity
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Previous experience as an HRBP a plus
