In this position you will be a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer for a variety of challenging, real-world projects. You will be a member of a small (1-8 people) multi-disciplinary team, and will be responsible for architecting, implementing and testing digital signal processing solutions for a variety of advanced wireless communications products. You should be familiar with signal modulation, demodulation, detection, estimation, channel coding, channel equalization, adaptive filtering, and synchronization as it applies to algorithm development for high speed RF data communications. Working in a small project team, your tasks will often involve hands-on interaction with product hardware for development and debugging.
Ability to meaningfully communicate with members of all engineering disciplines (Hardware, RF, Software, FPGA, etc), as well as management. You will also be responsible for mentoring other engineers as they develop capabilities in the signal processing domain.

Possess knowledge in (or an interest in) microprocessor-based hardware design and be proficient in Digital Signal Processing system design and analysis. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and testing of complex embedded software applications for a state-of-the-art small form factor Software Defined Radio platform.
Have an excellent understanding of real-time embedded software design and be proficient in Linux, C, C++, Perl and other software languages and operating systems. Applicants should be experienced in using Matlab.
