What you're good at

DUTIES: Works with multiple teams to analyze and resolve issues related to the specific trading project.

Works across cross functional teams and provides a detailed requirement analysis for all aspects of the project. Has a strong grasp of the underlying technology (both mainframe and distributed) and works with Technology and Business stakeholder teams on a daily basis to understand the project need, clarify ambiguities, and act as a liaison between the 2 groups. Provides regular communication to all stakeholder groups on key issues, decisions, and ambiguity resolutions.

Provides detailed acceptance criteria for all JIRA stories across the project.

Works with cross domain requirements and help document all cross domain/platform dependencies in critical path.

What you have

Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field and two years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience may be gained after, prior to, or concurrently with Master's degree

Experience and/or education must include:

Equity, Options Trading, Risk, Books and Records maintenance; Experience in handling turnkey projects involving a multi-year, multi-team program initiative; Experience in working across multiple teams and spanning technical and business financial requirement management; Scrum and Agile methodologies; Product Ownership and ability to run scrum teams across multiple efforts; and Data Governance, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing OTHER: Job Site: Austin, TX

What You Will Do As an Associate with Ascension Seton, you will have the opportunity to serve as a key resource for an assigned customer area to understand and explain business and technical issues and to provide viable technology solutions. Responsibilities: * Works with customers to clarify and plan for their current and future technology needs. Determines and maps existing business processes/functions and recommends changes required to fit a tightly integrated system. * Designs and implements projects requiring systems integration, small teams and multiple technical platforms. * Conducts Return on Investment (ROI) and other financial analysis to support project funding/prioritization. * Collaborates on driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals. * Assumes a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value. * Coordinates with functional team to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product. * Maintains current knowledge of industry and business process trends and is able to apply that knowledge to existing business processes. What You Will Need Education: * Diploma * High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
