Job Overview:

Entegris is seeking a Sr. Staff Accountant who will be an integral part of the Corporate Accounting function. This individual will be responsible for U.S. Company Codes in SAP and will serve as a resource to all global regional accounting teams. The role is located in Chaska, MN or Billerica, MA where our Corporate Finance organization resides and will report to Entegris' Corporate Accounting Manager.

• Perform various levels of reporting including but not limited to capital projects, fixed assets and intangibles reporting, etc.

• Booking of accruals and deferrals on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Maintain, reconcile, and review exchange rates

• Business Partner with Business/Divisions on requests pertaining to General Accounting

• Provide research, analysis, and assistance to cost center and operations managers as requested

• Partner with Entegris Business Services Center on fixed asset transactions serving as main support and partner between the divisions

• Prepare account reconciliations, including supporting documentation, identify discrepancies and propose solutions to address

• Interact with IT to research and troubleshoot SAP issues

• Assist with Corporate Surveys

• Serve as the system administrator for finance tools including Blackline and Lease Query

• Assist with SOX, Internal and External Audits as needed

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects as needed

• Other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned

Successful candidates will typically have the following skill set:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Advanced functionality of Excel

• SAP experience preferred

• 8 - 10years of experience
