Installing, configuring and supporting solutions on Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack.
Execute large volumes of ETL between multiple transactional and analytical systems
Deploy analytical tool like Tableau Server and Desktop, and verify validity of data between multiple systems
Perform analysis of vast data stores and uncover exceptions and insights.
Install application software and verify functional validity of workflows
Works closely with other engineers to provide guidance and assistance in the areas of software architecture, coding standards, and system related issues
May act as team mentor in a multi-person development team
40% US Domestic Travel
MUST HAVE STRONG STRONG SSIS experience

The Personal Trust Onboarding Officer is a key member of our growing trust organization and is responsible for taking ownership of assigned new business inquiries and opportunities to ensure exceptional client and partner experiences from initial inquiry through designation and appointment of CSTC as successor or full corporate trustee. What you'll do: * Work directly with Schwab Financial Consultants and other other internal partners to identify, develop and close new business, uncover opportunties to assist clients with additional assets, and deliver a superior client experience that leads to referals from clients and centers of influence (e.g. attorneys and CPAs). * Collaborate with internal partners (e.g. Wealth Strategists, Schwab Charitable, Estates Team, Private Client Advisors) to develop educational material and deliver presentations to Schwab Financial Consultants, centers of influence, and clients explaining the benefits of using a corporate trustee, the services CSTC provides, the assets CSTC accepts, the onboarding process, and the information and legal documents needed to accomplish trustee designation and appointment. * Partner with teammates to deliver a superior experience from initial contact through the stages of trust onboarding including trust review, feedback, drafting/amendment, and trustee designation and appointment. * Review trust agreements, court documents, and asset statements to assess acceptability of trust provisions and assets, profitability, and potential for risk in serving as trustee. * Effectively communicate and follow-up with Schwab Financial Consultants, attorneys, clients, and other internal business partners. * Coordinate with attorneys (Nevada and otherwise) to accomplish any judicial or non-judicial process necessary to ensure that trusts comply with CSTC's requirements and Nevada trust law. * Proactively participate and provide input into continuous improvement to onboarding policies, procedures, and work flow to ensure processes align with a "Through Client's Eyes" perspective consistent with Schwab's client-first culture. * Comply with state and federal banking regulations and internal policies and procedures regarding asset eligibility, OFAC, AML, and Customer Identification Program. * Actively participate in special projects and initiatives in the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and community. What you have: * Strong knowledge of trust principles and 5+ years of practical experience working with personal trusts; experience with trusts governed by Nevada law a plus. * Proactive business development experience with a track record of achievement or equivalent client-facing legal experience. * Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture a meaningful network of internal and external referral sources. Existing network of trust attorneys and other COIs a plus. * Bachelors degree or higher required; JD or CTFA highly preferred, or willingness and aptitude to earn CTFA designation within one year of start date. CWS a plus. * Highly-organized professional with the ability to take ownership, prioritize, manage and execute multiple responsibilities. * Aptitude for distilling legal information into layman's terms to deliver engaging educational presentations. Equally adept at high-level trust conversations with estate planning attorneys. * Energetic and highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving mindset. * Collaborative team player with contageously positive, outgoing, can-do attitude. * Availability to travel periodically.
