Harman International is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Team on building out the portfolio of product launch programs and assets for outbound product marketing activities for all Lifestyle Consumer products. Our objective is to establish a market leadership position in consumer audio products like headphones, portable audio solutions, and home multi-media products.
We're looking for a strong blend of technical understanding and strategic marketing to adeptly position, message, and drive marketing creative with a keen focus on solving business challenges and drive brand awareness.

This position will have no supervisory responsibility.
Support New Product Launch Activities (Sales Enablement)
Partner with the Category and Product Management Teams to execute a consolidated product launch in the Americas region
Deliver assets required to enable the sales teams to effectively sell-in new products into the channels
Partner with category leaders on commercialization plans, sell-in materials, etc.
Partner with Brand Management and Category Management to develop messaging and content for outbound marketing in the Americas region
Partner with the Customer Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to support the sell-in vision and programs that drive retailer interest and demand for products
Support Global Demand Generation Campaigns (Demand Generation)
Partner with Market Brand and Insights Team and be the expert on your consumers, how they buy and their buying criteria
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Support marketing to deliver strategic 360 launches and continuity of marketing plans for products.
Support/Manage Marketing Assets
Manage development and launch-phase assets schedules to support Americas launches with NPI Global Assets Develop team
Follow the product into the field to ensure customer success
Excellent communication and presentation skills in interacting with management and communicating the functional vision
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business related field
5+ years of consumer marketing experience
Prior experience in a large, multinational organization
Strong project management skills
Consumer Electronics experience is a bonus
