The Sr Specialist, Presentation and Digital Design will partner closely with our SVP of Employee Engagement to tell our world-class culture stories to our customers, employees and the industry at large. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate with content owners and speakers to support major speaking engagements across a variety of topics, content, and audiences. As part of the Employee Engagement team, you will help bring our narrative to life through storyboarding the most compelling story construct and then translating that into amazing, on-brand visual design.
Create beautiful presentations that effectively communicate our strategy for driving employee engagement, all the while meeting our creative brand standards and style guidelines.
Work directly with leadership, business owners, and PR leads to deliver a unified narrative and synthesize messaging into inspired graphic design for customer meetings, main stage industry events, and company meetings
Maintain and evolve customer presentation design templates. Track presentation results and identify key learnings to help inform future messaging and positioning.
Write memorable, engaging copy across other channels as needed to drive awareness of strategic culture initiatives (e.g. internal digital screens, external recruitment campaigns, etc).
At least three (4) years of professional presentation design experience
Experience with Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus a working familiarity with motion design, sound, and video
Have a knack for building compelling visuals, iconography, typography, photography, animation, and infographics
Experience storyboarding and high-end presentation design skills, including animation, builds, dynamic charts, etc.
A track record and affinity for both working directly with leadership and welcoming constructive feedback.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure while maintaining speed and high attention to detail given shifting timelines, updates, and last-minute slide changes
Duarte or similar training/certification a plus
