Position Summary:

Amkor Technology is looking for an HR Generalist. This position plays a crucial role in the organization's human resources department and will assist with staffing, compensation, data analytics and general HR responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting efforts by helping to source and interview potential applicants, checking references, and performing background checks.

  • Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms).

  • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies to fulfill recruiting requirements.

  • Manage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System.

  • Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties.

  • Research market trends to assist with evaluating the competitiveness of salaries.

  • Evaluate and provide on-going support for internal compensation matters.

  • Help align compensation programs with recruitment strategies to help attract and retain talent.

  • Help compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS).

  • Support HR processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.

  • General HR tasks such as policy management, employee engagement and benefits support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of talent acquisition, compensation and other disciplines within Human Resources.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.

  • Understanding of HR best practices related to compensation management.

  • Demonstrated understanding of general HR concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Prior HRIS experience required, SuccessFactors preferred.

  • Good working knowledge of labor legislation.

  • Prior experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment is preferred.

Location:

Tempe, AZ. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
