The Sr. Specialist Data Center Mgmt is responsible for day to day onsite/virtual location data center and technical space services and operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination with change management, business clients, application support and other operations personnel.

• Interface with clients, vendors/contractors, application support, and technical subject matter experts.

• Ensuring the appropriate resources, which may include hardware, software, or site infrastructure components are available as needed for the company's computing environment.

• Be responsive to problem situations 24X7.

• Provide guidance and ensure adherence to ATT and ITO policies and procedures in the Data Center.

• Budget planning

• Responsible for training and technical development of other operations personnel supporting the site.

• Responsible for standards compliance.

• Contributing to AT&T compliance with EH&S laws/regulations as applicable to its job function. Responsible for required company compliance training.

• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and may participate or lead in developing and responding to Methods of Procedure (MOPs), practices, incident reports, emergency and business continuity planning, emergency events, data collection and analysis, remote hands support, general business communications .

• May assume restoral leadership for problems spanning multiple datacenter elements and where appropriate, develop recommendations for prevention of similar problems in the future.

Desired Education:

• Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Required Experience:

• 2 - 3 year's experience.

• Driving record satisfactory.

Our Sr. Specialist Data Center Mgmt, earn between $96,000 - $154,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
