Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with business client to understand their needs, map it to data/data-repositories and provide the required data.

• Supports data selection, extraction, and cleansing from data warehouse and data marts. for business needs.

• Investigates and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format and function.

• Explore new datasets for analytics, reporting and self-service.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years experience in SQL programming, query tuning, data extraction from data-stores like Snowflake, Data-bricks, Vertica, and use of PowerBI/Tableau for data visualization.

• Ability to map data across tables, databases and warehouses to create custom reports for business.

• Ability to learn quickly and deliver on Cloud based data warehouses and technologies.

• 3 years scripting language like python/ksh/bash will be a strong plus.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Requires on-site presence (3-5 days a week) in either Plano, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia.

• This is in individual contributor position with no direct reports.

• Work Visa sponsorship is not available for position. Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder.

Our Sr Specialist Data Analysis earns between $87,200 - $130,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
