Trigyn's direct financial client has a contract assignment (20 hours/week for 3 Months +) for a Sr. Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsible for identifying transaction/ decision/ approval rights with the companys applications and platforms and documenting procedural elements to mitigate the risk of an individual circumventing controls designed to segregate business processes (i.e. an individual having the ability to authorize and execute a transaction based upon their provisioned application entitlements).

Assist with incorporating information into data feeds that will enable system-enforced segregation of duties (SOD).

Assist in training Security Access Authorizers in addressing system-enforced SOD policy violations and incorporating those violations within the access recertification process.

Review system-enforced SOD rules already in place within the internal systems and identify any changes or efficiencies, update SOD matrices and identify and document mitigating controls to address SOD conflicts.

The consultant must have significant experience in understanding and documenting business transaction processes and key controls as well as technical expertise in user access management.

Experience as a technology auditor or similar required.

Minimum of 8 years directly relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities Subject matter expert for all leave administration programs including case management of short-term sick leave, FMLA, and long-term disability. * Primary liaison with workers' compensation insurers, administrators, injured employee, employee's manager, etc. with proactive approach to claims management. Maintain understanding of multi-state requirements. * Serve as liaison between employees, management and human resources business partners in all areas of health services administration, including absence management and identification and resolution of related matters. * Coordinate and administer all drug and alcohol testing required by applicable Federal and State regulations. * Assist safety with OSHA administration, reporting, compliance and auditing. Maintain knowledge of OSHA guidelines and reporting requirements. * Ensure that all federal, state and local laws, and related compliance matters are proactively managed, including ADA, EEO, Affirmative Action Planning, FMLA, DOT, etc. Ensure all compliance reporting is completed within established deadlines. Comply with all HIPPA and PHI internal policies and applicable external regulations. * Maintain health related databases/recordkeeping compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. Provide appropriate documentation for maintenance of employee medical files. Prepare monthly reporting of all medical cases. * Refer for and coordinate Physical Capacity Testing and other Independent Medical Examinations. * Coordinate annual flu vaccine clinics. * Coordinate with all third-party vendors in the administration of all leave programs and testing. * Validate all invoices for medical examinations and other health services. * Research industry developments and trends and apply best practices.
