Join Our Team as a Sr. Sourcing Analyst!

Are you ready to take your strategic sourcing expertise to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr. Sourcing Analyst. As part of our Procurement function, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies across various indirect spend categories, specifically IT and Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Category business teams to develop and execute category strategies, analyze spend, and prepare RFPs.

• Utilize your analytical prowess to evaluate proposals and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring maximum value for the organization.

• Lead sourcing projects from start to finish, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes.

• Foster strong relationships with external vendors, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, contributing to our company's bottom line.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-Procurement technologies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.

• Proven project management abilities, with a knack for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000-85,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
