Position Summary:

The primary purpose for this position is to provide technical leadership of a project while also contributing to the project's technical deliverables. This position will participate in activities such as requirements gathering, technical design, installation/configuration, development, testing, documentation, and light project management. The individual should exemplify a "best practices" approach and provide mentorship to other developers on the team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical team leadership and guidance to a project's technical team by carrying out the following responsibilities:

o Assigning analysis, design, and development tasks to team members

o Coordinating all technical team responsibilities such as installation, configuration, development, deployment, and support of user testing

o Conducting technical reviews of all materials and deliverables for content, consistency, and accuracy of the solution

  • Provides installation/configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, development, documentation, testing, and support to our clients via services delivery, including (but not limited to):

o Develops technical and conceptual specifications in support of the overall solution design

o Develops data related files

o Develops data conversion solutions and designs

o Develops interfaces to other application systems

o Tests solutions for data integrity, performance, and usability

o Documents completed solution design, development, installation, and configuration work for the client

o Maintains technical specifications throughout the development process

  • Reviews and understands all assigned Statement of Work (SOW) in/out-of-scope activities and deliverables prior to services delivery

  • Communicates status of engagement to the customer, Sirius' Services management, and Sirius reps as appropriate during the engagement

  • Recognize issues, risks, delays, etc. of the project and communicate immediately to the appropriate customer or Sirius team member

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

  • At least eight (8) years software development experience, to include experience with one or more of the following:

o Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS, Google, Snowflake, etc.)

o Hadoop (Cloudera, Hortonworks, etc.)

Other Position Requirements:

  • Experience in project leadership, from design to delivery

  • Demonstrated database knowledge in DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, or other enterprise-class RDBMS

  • Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems including Windows, i5/OS, z/OS, AIX, Linux, or others

  • Demonstrated ability to understand a client's requirements and present appropriate options

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full software lifecycle development experience

  • Experience in a consulting environment working with a variety of tools and technologies

Data Privacy and Security:

The position exists to provide technical consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.

Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations (WFRR) oversees regulatory relations for Wells Fargo. It ensures an organized and cohesive approach to interacting with regulators and leads the company's efforts to have a sustained and proactive dialogue on risk management to address regulatory expectations. It is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for regulatory engagement, ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of regulatory responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements. This role will be part of the Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations Analytics, Data & Reporting team. This team/role will be responsible managing a number of key functions for the Regulatory Relations team including data acquisition, ingestion, data quality/compliance, business rules transformation, strategic framework/tool build out, reporting and analytics - delivering timely, consistent, accurate and high quality reports and analytics to stakeholders including: Board of Directors, senior executives, governance committees, and regulators. This individual will be responsible for delivering various data solutions. Data acquisition and solution build efforts have a high degree of complexity, priority, visibility and significant impact owing to internal and external stakeholder (such as Regulators) exposure. As the Regulatory Relations function is built out, we require a team of individuals responsible for assisting the broader Regulatory Relations team to perform these functions as we work to build and maintain the team into the future. Primary Duties & Responsibilities - 2 positions. * Architect - 1 position * Design Lead- 1 position * Architect, Design & build high quality and innovative data, reporting and analytics solutions in consistent, timely, accurate manner to empower Board of Directors, senior executives, governance committees, and regulators, including: * Tracking of exams, issues, enforcement actions, other regulatory matters, etc., Board Reporting (MRA's, EA's, Remediation, etc.), Senior management (OC level) and governance committee reporting and ad-hoc requests * Optimally build & utilize best practices and high quality technology solutions to deliver business needs (e.g., Data Lakes / Databases, Programming – Python/R /Java, Structured/Unstructured data sets, some familiarity with Machine Learning, Robotics) * Perform Business analysis to understand source to target mapping, transformations required, business logic to be implemented from stakeholders;
