Responsibilities:

  • Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementation.

  • Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues.

  • Lead all aspects of implementation and complete all Coupa configuration components (from Coupa system setup to supplier enablement's).

  • Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics.

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers during the implementation process.

  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needs.

  • Create and/or improve implementation templates, training and presentations.

  • Follow Coupa implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer's unique business needs.

  • Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues.

  • Provide assistance to colleagues where needed.

  • Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client site.

  • Manage customers where up to 50% of your time may include travel.

  • Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and various trainings.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years' experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.

  • Strongly prefer a background in both eInvoicing and Global Compliance

  • Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go-live procurement, AP and/or Expense Management experience is desired, but not required.

  • Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.

  • Previous senior consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent

  • Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.

  • This is a remote position

The Azure Solutions Architect (ASA) drives customer initiatives in Azure in collaboration with the Insight sales team. The ASA is a technical, customer-facing role that helps the customer define their problem statement and determine the correct solution set and the level of effort. The ASA produces Statements of Work, works with the delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition for the customer, and may provide technical oversite for delivery teams. The ASA will deliver architectural design sessions and cloud consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture and application design discussions with senior customer executives. This position is measured on professional services engagements signed and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Drive the deployment of customers' workloads into Azure and increase their consumption of the platform by providing architecture and deployment guidance, professional services solutioning, recommendations and statements of work. * Establish deep relationships with key IT and Business Decision Makers who drive cloud strategy and adoption within their company. * In partnership with the sales team, identify, validate and grow opportunities to accelerate Azure consumption in high potential customer accounts by driving solution architecture for Microsoft cloud solutions. * Accelerate and maximize consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise and support in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Datacenter Transformation, Azure Site Recovery, Custom Applications, Security, Data Intelligence. * Working closely with the Professional Services delivery organization, ensure that capabilities are aligned and client expectations are met. * Lead deployment of projects, creation of collateral, and training of Insight sales and technical resources. * Keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights. * Assist in the preparation and delivery of training to the Insight sales teams on go-to-market solutions. * Provide senior technical direction and escalation within projects. * Participate in Insight and Microsoft technical communities and in the broader industry through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles within the Microsoft Cloud domain. * Provide billable consulting services to Insight customers as a senior Solutions Architect for Azure engagements. * Provide solutioning to customers, including level of effort estimations, drafting Statements of Work. * Work with internal Insight teams to follow processes Qualifications: * Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends. * Ability to build deep technical relationships with senior executives and grow cloud consumption share in large or highly strategic accounts. * Drive collaborative decision making, eliminate roadblocks and execute on plans and initiatives. * Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage internal and/or external resources. * Exceptional verbal and written communication. * 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. * 5+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.) * 2+ years of experience in migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud. * Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Application Design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security, Linux. * Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/Hive. * Oversight experience on major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams. * Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
